we will process for the purpose of preparing a quotation, placing and processing orders, shipping goods, material samples or documents, and possibly handling a complaint submitted by you or conducting debt collection activities. The legal basis for processing in this case is Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, entitling us to process data necessary for the performance of the contract. To the extent that your personal data will be included in accounting documents, they will be processed by us for the purposes and within the limits resulting from the Accounting Act of 19 September 1994. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO. In certain situations we may also process your data for archival purposes

(evidential) for the purpose of proving certain facts in the future. The legal basis for the processing in this case is Article 6(1)(f) RODO, entitling us to process the data if this is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

No, we do not intend to transfer your personal information to a third country or international organization.

Your data will be processed for the duration of the order, until any claims related to the order, regulated by separate provisions, expire, and until our obligation to keep accounting documents expires.

In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

- Correction (rectification) of data;

- Erasure of data processed unjustifiably;

9. are you obliged to provide us with your personal data and what are the consequences of not doing so?

You provide us with personal data on a voluntary basis. However, if you do not provide the data we require, you will not be able to make inquiries on our websites and thus make e-mail orders or purchases from our company.

10. will your personal information be used for profiling or other automated decision making?

No, we do not intend to profile your personal information or otherwise make decisions related to your person based on automated processing.

  1. The Website does not automatically collect any information except that contained in cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storing them on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
